For more than 20 years, Anna held key sales leadership positions with thought leaders in technology and education, including Apple, Adobe, Blackboard, and IBM. Her career reflects consistent achievement of sales recognitions for herself and her teams, while gaining the highest levels of customer delight. Anna has worked with executives and leaders of many high-performing organizations, a few of which include Motorola, Bank of America, Broward County Schools, Gwynett County Schools, and the Department of Defense Education (DoDEA). 

 

During her career, her mentorship helped companies, teams, and individuals achieve beyond what they thought possible, and her influence remains with those who still hold key leadership roles at Apple and other organizations around the world. Over the years, Anna realized that sales success was merely an attractive by-product of something deeper - a desire and capacity to help others see and believe in their own brilliance, dreams and wisdom.  She strives to help each of her clients find this magnificence in themselves. Fostering transformation is her greatest talent and joy. 

 

Anna found her way to a CTI coach training classroom in 2012 and the rest is history: She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, and past president of the Raleigh Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a registered yoga teacher (and certified in many other things because she loves to learn). 

 

Anna is the founder of Anna Ladd Coaching and Live Big Labs. She is an avid hiker, yogi and a rock climber in training. She loves all of these things equally.
