About

Me

For more than 20 years, Anna held key sales leadership positions with thought leaders in technology and education, including Apple, Adobe, Blackboard, and IBM. Her career reflects consistent achievement of sales recognitions for herself and her teams, while gaining the highest levels of customer delight. Anna has worked with executives and leaders of many high-performing organizations, a few of which include Motorola, Bank of America, Broward County Schools, Gwynett County Schools, and the Department of Defense Education (DoDEA).

During her career, her mentorship helped companies, teams, and individuals achieve beyond what they thought possible, and her influence remains with those who still hold key leadership roles at Apple and other organizations around the world. Over the years, Anna realized that sales success was merely an attractive by-product of something deeper, something she strives to help each of her clients find in themselves. Fostering transformation is her greatest talent and joy.

Anna found her way to a CTI coach training classroom in 2012 and the rest is history: She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program, and  past president of the Raleigh Chapter of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a registered yoga teacher (and certified in many other things because she loves to learn).

In addition to being the founder of Anna Ladd Coaching and Live Big Labs, Anna currently serves as the Global Head of Sales for the Coaches Training Institute.

Her ability to ask just the right question is uncanny. She has an excellent ability to know when to push and when to back away. She and I have shared life stories---mine as a way of introducing topics for which I would like her help; hers as illustrations of how she approached similar situations. Discussing and working through issues with Anna is like putting them on a rotating viewer—she provides insight and multiple perspectives to move me away from a singular perception and into a more inclusive and comprehensive vision. For the better part of a year, my work life has been in a state of flux and Anna has helped me gain clarity and confidence as I ride the roller coaster of emotions and disequilibrium. Her skills and self-affirming language have been the impetus for my being able to move to action on issues as diverse as de-cluttering my house, seeking a new romantic relationship, and truly looking at life with new eyes.

Anna’s coaching insights incorporate a special mix of business acumen, boundless positive energy and personal empathy. Anna’s coaching provided a place of extreme support, while encouraging my exploration of vulnerabilities and fears that were blocking progress to my goals of work/life balance and alignment. Anna is both a coach and a role model. She truly walks the walk in her own life, making her aspirations real and leading the way for those of us who yearn to do the same. One of my favorite exercises during our work together was to prepare a 6-month budget to enable me to realistically explore taking a break from a harsh and demanding work environment. Another highlight was my return to oil painting after a long hiatus. I have the utmost respect for Anna as a person and as a coach bringing optimism and abundance to our thirsty world.
